GANENDRA is an electronic scientific journal that facilitates the publication of original nuclear science and technology (NST) research and development paper and article. This journal is published biannually in January and July by the Center for Accelerator Science and Technology (Indonesian: Pusat Sains dan Teknologi Akselerator, PSTA) of the former National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN).

Following the merge of all research agencies in Indonesia into National Research and Innovation Agency (Indonesian: Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional, BRIN), the National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN) has no longer standalone. Correspondingly, the Center for Accelerator Science and Technology (Indonesian: Pusat Sains dan Teknologi Akselerator, PSTA) has now became the Accelerator Technology Research Center (Indonesian: Pusat Riset Teknologi Akselerator, PRTA), operating under BRIN.

In accordance to the institutional change, PRTA-BRIN (formerly PSTA-BATAN) has handed over GANENDRA journal management to the Polytechnic Institute of Nuclear Technology-BRIN (known as Poltek Nukir-BRIN), as stated in Internal Memorandum number: B-12/III.2.2/DI.04.01/1/2023 from the Head of the PRTA-BRIN to the Director of the Poltek Nuklir-BRIN, dated January 3^rd, 2023, about handing over the management of GANENDRA.
