Author Guidelines

AUTHOR'S GUIDELINES

 

SCOPE

The scope of this journal covers experimental and analytical research in nuclear science and technology, composed of nuclear physics, atomic physics and plasma, accelerator, reactor physics and technology, nuclear instrumentation, nuclear chemistry, analytical chemistry and process technology, radioactive waste processing, radioisotope, material science and technology, and isotope and radiation utilization in industry, medicine, and environment, and energy.

 

LANGUAGE

The paper can be written either in Indonesian or US-English.

 

PAPER STRUCTURE AND FORMAT

The paper must be written according to the format given in the template that can be downloaded here (EN) or here (ID).

The paper must obey the following structure: Title, Author's name and affiliation, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, and References using the format given by the template of the paper.

 

TABLES AND FIGURES

Tables and figures must be enumerated using Arabic numerals. The number and information of a figure are written below the figure, while the number and information of a table are written above the table. Figures must be clear and readable. Because of that, the image file must be saved using JPG or JPEG format with minimal resolution 300dpi and all figures must be placed inside a zip folder and submitted with the paper.

 

REFERENCE FORMAT

It is recommended to use Mendeley in writing out the references. The minimal amount of reference is 15, and at least 80% of them must come from the primary source (journals, proceedings, dissertations, theses). The format of reference is given as follows:

The references list must be numbered at the end of the article in order of they were referenced.

 

PUBLICATION ETHICS

Before submitting a paper, the author is expected to read the publication ethics of journal writing and is obliged to write a statement letter regarding publication ethics. The author must sign the copyright agreement and publication ethics submission form which must be sent later when the paper is accepted. If the author does not send the form, the author is considered to have withdrawn the publication at Ganendra.

 

ARTICLE SUBMISSION

Article submission is done online using the Online Submission link. Within the process of submission, the author is suggested to give a phone number to make communication easier, preferably a number connected to Whatsapp Messenger.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscript has not been published before, or under consideration in another journal.

  2. The manuscript is written either using OpenOffice or LibreOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect format.

  3. The manuscript is written according to the format given in the template that can be downloaded here (EN) or here (ID).

  4. The text must use 1 spacing; 12 font-size; italic; not underlined (except for URL address); and all illustrations, figure, and tables are placed inside the manuscript at the correct place, not at the end of the manuscript.

  5. The DOIs of references are included if available.

The name and email address submitted on the journal website will only be used for the mentioned purposes. It will be not misused neither for other purposes nor by other parties.
