ABSTRAK

Telah diuraikan metode pengujian pada sertifikasi ulang kamera radiografi gamma industri tipe portabel. Sertifikasi ulang tersebut mencakup 3 pengujian yaitu pengukuran laju dosis ekivalen ambien, uji kebocoran sumber radioaktif, serta uji visual dan ketahanan proyeksi peralatan radiografi gamma industri. Pengujian mengacu pada standar yang tercantum dalam SNI ISO 3999:2008, SNI 18-6650.2-2002, dan ketentuan keselamatan yang ditetapkan dalam Perka BAPETEN No. 7 Tahun 2009. Laporan/sertifikat pengujian yang diterbitkan digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan BAPETEN dalam menerbitkan izin pemanfaatan radiografi industri. Para pemangku kepentingan yang meliputi BAPETEN, dunia industri radiografi, dan lembaga penguji harus duduk bersama untuk merumuskan protokol sertifikasi ulang dan menetapkan waktu berlakunya protokol tersebut. Apabila protokol tersebut disepakati oleh para pemangku kepentingan maka persyaratan keselamatan sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam Perka BAPETEN No. 7 Tahun 2009 dapat dipenuhi tanpa mengabaikan sisi ekonomi dalam pemanfaatan radiografi gamma industri. Komitmen bersama para pemangku kepentingan berdasarkan protokol yang disepakati merupakan suatu persyaratan utama dalam pelaksanaan sertifikasi ulang kamera radiografi gamma industri, ketika aspek teknis pengujian sudah siap diimplementasikan.

ABSTRACT

Testing method already described in recertification of industrial gamma radiography camera type portable. The recertification includes 3 (three) testing, namely the ambient equivalent dose rate measurement, leak test of radioactive sources, and visual and endurance test of projected industrial gamma radiography equipment. The testing refers to the standard set forth in ISO 3999:2008, ISO 18-6650.2-2002, and safety provisions set out in the BAPETEN Chairman Regulation No. 7:2009. Test reporticertificate issued in the recertification program is used as a material consideration in issuing permits utilization BAP ETEN industrial radiography. Stakeholders in the recertification of program industrial gamma radiography camera type portable which includes BAP ETEN, community of industrial radiography, and independent testing body should discuss together to formulate protocols recertification and set the time of entry into force of the protocols. If recertification protocols of industrial gamma radiography camera was agreed by the stakeholder, so safety requirements as stated in the BAPETEN Chairman Regulation No. 7:2009 can be met without compromising the economic factor in the utilization of industrial gamma radiography. Commitment with stakeholders based on agreed-upon protocol is a key requirement in the implementation of recertification industrial gamma radiography camera, when the technical aspects oj the test is ready to be implemented.
