Pengujian tersebut mengacu pada SNI ISO 3999:2008 dan SNI-6650.2-2002. Pengujian keselamatan kamera radiografi gamma ini berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan Perka BAPETEN No. 7 Tahun 2009 Pasal 42, Ayat (1) butir b dan c. Pada kurun waktu tahun 2012-2013 Laboratorium PTKMR BATAN melakukan pengujian 23 kamera gamma beserta asesorisnya. Dari 23 kamera gamma yang diuji, hanya 8 kamera gamma yang mendapatkan uji kebocoran radiasi, uji kebocoran radioaktif, serta uji visual dan ketahanan proyeksi dan hanya 5 kamera gamma yang lolos uji. Mengingat dalam Perka BAPETEN No. 7 Tahun 2009 hanya mewajibkan pelaksanaan uji kebocoran radioaktif untuk memperoleh perpanjangan izin, pengguna kamera gamma tidak mengajukan jenis uji tersebut. Untuk menjamin adanya dasar hukum yang mendukung pelaksanaan pengujian kamera gamma radiografi sesuai standar nasional Indonesia , maka Perka BAPETEN No. 7 Tahun 2009 perlu direvisi.

ABSTRACT

Safety Testing Evaluation of Industrial Radiography Gamma Camera of Type Portable at PTKMR BATAN Laboratory Year 2012-2013. The testing conducted refers to the ISO 3999:2008 and ISO -2002 - 6650.2 . Safety testing of gamma radiography camera is related to the implementation of BAPETEN Head Act No . 7 Year 2009 Article 42, Paragraph ( 1 ) point b and c . In the period of 2012-2013 PTKMR BATAN Laboratory had conducted a testing of 23 gamma cameras and its accessories. From 23 gamma cameras tested, only 8 gamma camera got radiation leakage test, radioactive leakage test, visual test and endurance as well as projection and only 5 gamma cameras that passed the test . Given the BAPETEN Head Act No. 7 Year 2009 only requires the implementation of radioactive leak test to extent the licence, so the gamma camera users do not necessary to pose the other kind of tests. To ensure that the legal basis supporting the implementation of appropriate radiographic testing of gamma cameras suits to Indonesian National Standards, the BAPETEN Head Act No. 7 Year 2009 is necessary to be revised.
