A DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF ASSISTIVE DEVICE FOR BOX RECONSTRUCTION FOR SIMULATION IN TPS (TREATMENT PLANNING SYSTEM) FACILITY FOR cervical cancer brachytherapy. A Design and construction of assistive device for reconstruction box for simulation on TPS brachytherapy of cervical cancer has been done to provide the facility during X-ray data testing the point coordinates in the reconstruction box. The design and construction was carried out by paying attention to the physical shape and dimensions of the reconstruction box of existing TPS, film size dimensions, the possibility of taking the position of the X-ray data and simulated placement of coordinate points in the data space of reconstruction box. By using assistive device, it is getting easier every data capture which are coordinate points to be tested against the results of comparative calculation formulas in theory. The material used is flexi glass which is transparent in X-rays. The result of the construction is a set of auxiliary devices for reconstruction box that can be used to improve facilities to take the coordinates of the point to be tested for cervical cancer brachytherapy TPS.

Desain dan pembuatan perangkat bantu kotak rekonstruksi untuk simulasi pada TPS brakiterapi untuk kanker servik telah dilakukan sebagai kelengkapan fasilitas saat pengambilan data pengujian titik koordinat melalui sinar-X. Desain dan pembuatan ini dilakukan dengan memperhatikan bentuk fisik dan dimensi kotak rekonstruksi TPS yang ada, dimensi ukuran film, kemungkinan posisi pengambilan data foto sinar X dan simulasi penempatan titik-titik koordinat di dalam ruang data kotak rekosntruksi. Dengan menggunakan perangkat bantu ini akan mempermudah setiap pengambilan data titik-titik koordinat yang akan diuji komparasi terhadap hasil perhitungan rumus-rumus secara teori. Adapun bahan yang digunakan adalah fleksi gelas dengan pertimbangan tidak terekam pada film hasil foto sinar X. Dari pembuatan ini dihasilkan 1 set perangkat bantu dudukan kotak rekosntruksi yang bisa digunakan untuk membantu dan melengkapi fasilitas pengujian titik koordinat pada fasilitas TPS brakiterapi untuk kanker servik
