ABSTRAK

PERANCANGAN KONTROL MEJA SAMPLE UNTUK MENGAMBIL GAMBAR PADA MODUL PENANGKAP CITRA RADIOSKOPI  INDUSTRI. Meja sample pada modul penangkap citra radioskopi industri berfungsi untuk meletakkan obyek benda yang akan diambil citranya. Proses pengambilan citra, obyek diputar 360 derajat dan setiap derajat tertentu dilakukan pengambilan gambar. Pergerakan putaran obyek dilakukan dari jarak jauh menggunakan protokol komunikasi TCP/IP. Dua buah motor stepper digunakan untuk menggerakan putaran meja sample, dan pergeseran meja sample ke kanan dan ke kiri. Kamera pemantau digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi pergerakan meja sample dan proses pengambilan citra. Program aplikasi browser seperti Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, atau aplikasi browser lainnya digunakan sebagai antar muka untuk mengendalikan gerakan meja sample. Hasil pengujian menunjukan nilai simpangan (delay) waktu terbesar yang digunakan untuk putaran meja 0,04 dt  (20 % ) pada putaran 1 derajat.

ABSTRACT

A DESIGN OF CONTROL TABLE SAMPLE FOR CAPTURING PICTURES IN THE INDUSTRIAL MODULE IMAGE CAPTURE RADIOSKOPI. Table sample in image capture module industry radioskopi serves to put an object to be taken its image. In the process of taking the image, the object is rotated 360 degrees and an image is taken in every particular degree. The rotation controlling of the table is implemented remotely wirelessly by using a communication protocol TCP / IP.  Two stepper motors are used to drive the rotation of the table by shifting to the right and to the left. The monitoring camera is used to monitor the movement of the table and the process of the images to be taken. The program application such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, or other browser applications are used to to control the movement of the table sample. The results of the testing show that the largest time deviation to be used for 1 degree rotation of the table is 0.04 second (20%) at 1 degree of rotation.
