KARAKTERISASI KOMPONEN KENDALI SUHU TUNGKU SINTER PELET U02 ME-06

ABSTRAK

 Telah dilakukan  karakterisasi  komponen  kendali  suhu  tungku  sinter pelet  U02    ME-06 untuk  tujuan  pengendalian   suhu  dalam  tungkunya.    Persamaan   matematis    sistim  autotrafo diturunkan  dari pengukuran  langsung dan karakteristik persamaan  matematis  tungku pemanas diturunkan   dari  pendekatan   penyederhanaan    sistim   komponen.    Hasil   karakterisasi   yang dilakukan  telah digunakan  sebagai pedoman awal oleh algoritma  pengendali  suhu tungku,  dan terbukti  pengendalian-nya   dapat  berjalan  dengan  baik  sehingga  sistim  kendali  suhu  tungku tersebut dapat dikategorikan  sangat presisi yaitu dengan kesalahan  rata-rata   dibawah  1%.

ABSTRACT

 Characterization on temperature control components of the sintering furnace U02   pellet has been  conducted  for the furnace  temperature  controller  purpose.   Mathematical  equation  of the autotravo system   is  defined  from  experimental   data  of measurement   while  the  furnace characteristics   equation  is  derived  from  approximation   and  simplicity  of  furnace  components system.   The results  of this  characterization  have  been  used  by  the  furnace  controller as a preliminary guidance in the controlling, and proved that the controller works perfectly right categorizing  as a precision  furnace system having the average error less than 1%.
