UJI FUNGSI ALAT ONH-2000 ELTRA PENGANALISIS KADAR OKSIGEN, NITROGEN DAN HIDROGEN DALAM PADATAN ANORGANIK

ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan uji fungsi alat ONH-2000 Eltra untuk menentukan kadar oksigen, nitrogen dan hidrogen (ONH) dalam padatan anorganik, bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa alat ONH-2000 Eltra yang baru dimiliki berfungsi dengan baik dan siap untuk analisis. Uji fungsi alat ONH-2000 Eltra, meliputi : uji fungsi perangkat lunak pengendali kerja peralatan ONH-2000 Eltra, uji fungsi sistemik analisis jalur mode ON & jalur mode OH dan uji kehandalan alat. Uji fungsi perangkat lunak pengendali kerja peralatan ONH-2000 Eltra dilakukan dengan cara menjalankan aplikasi Uni untuk masuk ke dalam jendela kerja ONH-2000 Eltra kemudian mengamati respon instrumen maupun sub sistem saat dikontrol oleh perangkat lunak. Uji fungsi sistemik analisis jalur mode ON & jalur OH dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis terhadap spesimen stainless steel untuk memastikan bahwa perangkat lunak dan sistem peralatan ONH-2000 Eltra terintegrasi dengan baik mulai dari awal hingga diperoleh data analisis kadar oksigen-nitrogen dan oksigen-hidrogen. Uji kehandalan alat dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis bahan standar ON in steel dan H in steel, O = (208±6)ppm, N = (257±5)ppm menghasilkan data sebagai berikut : O = (204,4; 211,6; 205,9)ppm dan N= (255,3; 260,1; 258,4)ppm, rerata kadar analit dalam bahan standar adalah: O = (207,3±3,7)ppm, N = (257,9±2,4)ppm. Analisis standar H in steel, H = (5,8±0,3)ppm, menghasilkan data sebagai berikut: H = (6,1; 5,9; 6,1)ppm, rerata kadar analit H = (6,0±0,1)ppm. Hasil analisis bahan standar menunjukkan bahwa rerata data-data tersebut masuk dalam spesifikasi keberterimaan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat ONH-2000 Eltra sudah berfungsi dengan baik dan siap untuk analisis kadar oksigen, nitrogen dan hidrogen dalam padatan anorganik.

ABSTRACT
Functional testing of Eltra ONH-2000 oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen analyzer in an inorganic solid had been performed to verify its analytical functions against standard materials. The testing consisted of: (1) functional testing of controller software, (2) functional testing of ON and OH mode channels, and (3) reliability testing. The functional testing of controller software was done by running Uni application for Eltra ONH-2000. Responses of the instrument and its subsystems were recorded. The functional testing of ON and OH mode channels was done by performing an analysis on a stainless steel specimen. Data of oxygen-nitrogen and oxygen-hydrogen contents of the specimen were obtained to show that the mode channels were integrated with the instrument. The reliability testing was conducted twice. The first one was against a standard material of “ON in steel” with O = (208±6)ppm and N = (257±5)ppm. The second one was against a standard material of “H in steel” with H = (5.8±0,3)ppm. The testing produced results as follows: O = (204.4; 211.6; 205.9) ppm, N= (255.3; 260.1; 258.4)ppm, and H = (6.1; 5.9; 6.1) ppm. Those results were within the acceptance criteria, so that if can be concluded that the Eltra ONH-2000 was functioning well and ready to be used to analyze oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen contents in an inorganic solid.
